Please Help!!

Hi, I have a Samsung Galaxy S 3, and today I connected my phone to the computer and I guess all my files and pictures are now on my laptop and now none of my pictures are on my phone does anyone know how I can get them back on my phone ???

Welcome to Android Central! Are your pictures now on your laptop? You said "I guess," so can you tell for sure? Or are they all just gone?

When you use your phone, can you still see the pictures? Are you saying that the computer just doesn't seem to see any of the files on the phone?

Yes all my pictures are now on my laptop.
No i cannot see my pictures on my phone, my gallery is empty.
When i plug my phone into my computer my phone pops up meaning my files and pictures, i hope this makes sense im sorry.

Do you have a Windows PC or a Mac? At some point, did you select an option to Import Photos and Videos?

I have Windows, And no i didn't select anything. Thats why i didnt understand why it did that.

Do you ever use Samsung Kies?

In any case, if you want the photos back onto your phone, just use Windows Explorer to drag and drop them back to the /DCIM/Camera folder of the phone. Copy them, don't move them, because it's always a good idea to backup your photos regularly.
