Today my phone stopped receiving calls, I could make calls but the caller calling me gets the "disconnected, number changed etc" message, and even from my husband on the same bill , so that's not the issue. Was on with tech support forever and nothing worked, did a hard reset, that didn't work.. and she put in a help ticket for me but I can't go without this, anyone have this happen?
