2 things I need help with
I dropped my phone and as a result my screen has got a crack across it and doesn't function properly. It takes about 2 seconds for it to register my finger. My insurance companies will repair it so that will be mended but I have the problem that I put AVG Anti-Theft app on it and my when I swapped my sims over it locked. The password I used doesn't work and it's not connected to the internet so I can't go online to unlock it. The obviously answer is to do a hard reset but it's doesn't work. It brings up the logo and then goes black.
My two questions really are is there a way to override AVG Anti-Theft and is there another way to do a hard reset?
