HTC One - Vibrate notification not working

Hi

Got HTC One which is about 5 months old and for some reason the vibrate alert has just stopped working.

I've checked the settings and it's not disabled in power saving

In Sound settings, it states that sound profile is Vibrate, but whilst the Vibrate box (two down) has the box ticked, for some reason it looks greyed out

Any ideas?

I have exactly the same problem. The vibrate stopped working yesterday.

The phone is about 8 months old. Checked all settings and vibrate is selected but is greyed out on the vibrate profile.

Is there a fix for this problem or anyone know what is causing it?
