Moto X unable to receive text messages

Starting this morning, my phone has been unable to receive text messages. It can access the web and send text messages but nothing can come in.

Its OS is 4.4.4 and I know there are some issues but none of the solutions other people have used have worked yet.

So far I have.
1. Restart my phone multiple times
2. Update PRL
3. Update device software
4. Update "Profile" (Sprint thing?)
5. Uninstall Google Voice and then restart.
6. Factory reset
7. Read through a bunch of online forums to try and find any helpful info.
8. Change the default messaging app to Hangouts and restarted
9. Changed it back and restarted.
10. Reset the app permissions and restarted.

Nothing has worked yet. Anyone?

Welcome to Android Central! Have you spoken with Sprint? Maybe they can give you a replacement SIM to try.

I had this on Verizon a few weeks ago. Tried everything myself aside from a factory reset(I had just done that a couple of weeks earlier) . Called Verizon, and it went all the way to the engineers, they had no idea what the problem was or how to fix it. Out of frustration I did a factory reset and it worked. So strange.
