I have a Galaxy S5 Sprint phone.
I turn the Ringtone volume all the way to the maximum volume so that I can hear the phone ring when a call is received.
But an hour later when I check my phone I see that I have received calls but the phone did not ring.
I check the Ringtone Volume and by itself the ringtone volume has moved all the way down to a minimum volume.
How can I set my phone so the ringtone volume stays on the maximum volume?
