Phone Help!

[AC Question]

I was cleaning my phone of unwanted apps and i accidentally deleted the phone app and contacts app, too. if i go into my all apps drawer they arent listed but i do see my phone app in setting and all apps. how do i get it back, and if not, what is the best, free app, that i could download that will allow me to make calls and add/delete contacts?
