I can't download my us federal credit union app from my phone or tablet. When I go to the google store it says not available on this device but its brand new. I have a google account

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone and tablet do you have? Are you saying it isn't available for either device, or only the tablet? Not all apps are compatible with all devices. There might be regional issues as well, so if you're outside the US, or if your device was purchased outside the US, it might not be compatible.
