What problems would the htclog.c.1 virus cause on a Samsung Galaxy S III? And how could it get there? I can only seem to find the HTC phones were affected by this virus.

If infected with Any virus, back up all your data (Verizon Cloud backups Verizon phone's, you can pick one from Playstore *make sure it backs up MMS files, Samsung phone's can use Samsung Kies *PC software; or use whatever your carrier may provide (please anyone, share what your carriers-Sprint, Tmobile, AT&T give you? ? ? ). Then factory reset. Take no risk. I help, from time to time, people with viruses on PC/Laptop; I no longer try to eradicate; just backup, restore to Factory Disks, and update O/S and apps. Good luck!
