Lenovo A269i Stuck When Switching On

[AC Question]

when i go to recovery firstly write on is

Android system recovery <3e>

Android system recovery utility


then the menu..i already wipe data/factory reset+ wipe cache partition also same when i turn it on , it stucks on the lenovo pict and the sound and image repeat it many time just like please find me a solution .. help me..

Welcome as a new member!

If you are saying that you successfully did a Factory Reset and a Cache Partition Wipe, but with no effect on the rebooting problem, I don't see that there is much else that you can do. (Perhaps there is, but I don't know what...others may know.)
Have you tried simply removing the battery, perhaps overnight, and then replacing?
