AsusMemo pad hd7

[AC Question]

I think my asus memo pad hd7 inside screen is Broken. And after a week it went all black and wouldn't open. Any suggestions what I can do about it. I tried opening inside of it checking anything different but everything was normal. It's been like this in 2 months . Plz someone help!!!!!

Assuming that the battery is good, it could be that no charge is entering the device, perhaps because of a loose connection, or it could simply be that the screen has failed.

Asus has great customer service I had same problem with my ASUS NEXUS 7 and they fixed it, just call them

BTW when they ask u if u opened it up say no so they will still fix it
