Galaxy s3 flickers and signal off

Hello,
I wish that some one can help me with this isue:

I have an galaxy s3 bought around 15 months ago.Before 2 months the screen flickers and when I restarting the phone all goes away!

This days the issue change more dramatically,the screen flickers,the phone be unresponding,and the signal goes off!

I have asked to many techniacal here in my country but thay made an restore and all,but this issue continue!

I have seen the battery and I see that it was not uniform,does this cause it??

Please I need any idea what cause this!!

Welcome to the Forums!

If the battery is deformed, it is failing. If you put it on a flat surface, can you spin it? If it is bulging or abnormal in shape, please remove it from the phone immediately....it could burst and damage the phone.
Try a new battery. If you still have problems, tell us.

Just remove the battery with a new one.
The old battery was bigger than normal and was very hard when I push it.

Does it cause all the problem??
