Ringtone

[AC Question]

Trying to order a ringtone on Verizon Tones on my S5. I am getting an error code 259 (says I have an active blocking service.)

What do I do?

Hello. I am guessing the app is not from the Play Store. Have you looked at Security - Device Administration - Unknown sources. You would need to check this for any apps not from the Play Store.

Log on to your My Verizon and you probably have these options blocked, or stop by your local Verizon store and have them review your features, and remove any blocks. Plus, you appear to be flooding this site with questions that you could of easily been a Google search for answers. Why we are here to help, there is still a level of self help you should be doing. Save this site for the more complex issues.
