when I receive and make calls from my galaxy grand neo phone, I hear no sound but they hear me

I have galaxy grand neo phone which I bought it 3 months ago. I am facing a sound problem. when I receive and make calls they can hear me but I hear no sound unless i use headphone or i put it in speaker. It is working well for music, video as well as in recording and playing sounds. I have tried to fix the sound settings. Even, I had reset it to factory setting too. but, still I can't fix my problem.

Welcome to Android Central! It sounds like a hardware defect with the earpiece speaker. I would contact Samsung for warranty repair or replacement.
