Nexus 7 2013 headphone jack

When my head phones are plugged in the audio jack if you move them or the base it will stop/start playing music,open Google voice search will come up please help me it is so annoying

Welcome to Android Central! What kind of headphone do you have? Does it have remote controls? If it gets misaligned (like if it isn't plugged in all the way), the wrong contacts might get activated, triggering one of the remote control commands.

Um so far any kind I have tried and they have all been from different manufacturers. It is plugged in all the way.

Make sure there isn't any debris in the jack. Use a damp toothpick to root around, or a can of compressed air to blow it out.
