I had a galaxy s3 But dropped in cold water. Now Its All Black!!!

Hi I Was In A Bus And Had A Cooler on Top Of my lap With My Phone. I was Texting Someone Through It and The Bus Hit A Bump And My S3 Fell In it! I Took It Out Instantly And When I Took It Out The Screen Was Flickering And Went Black. I Took Out The Battery, SIM Card, And The Memory Card And Dried Them Off. After 15 Minutes Later I Put them All Back On. I Turned On my Phone And Hoped For The Best. The Brightness Of The S3 Doesnt Work I Could BARELY See. I Put In My Password And Went To Settings To Turn The Brightness Up But According To The Phone It Was All The Way Up. Am I Going To Have To Have The Phone Like That For The Next 5 Months!!!?!! Please Anyone Answer Back As Quick As Possible And Thanks.
