Conversation Problem

[AC Question]

I m using android version 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean) in my Xperia device. I can make & receive calls but we hear nothing from each other. I tried headphones also bt nothing happened.

Welcome to Android Central! So you can't hear the other person, and they can't hear you? Have you tried a replacement SIM card? If that doesn't help, then there's probably a hardware problem with the phone mic and/or earpiece speaker. You may have to contact Sony, or bring it to a repair shop.
