How to import contacts & emails to a new device?

I have a Pen tech Maurader and will be getting an Android Blu. How do I get the contacts from the old phone to the new one?

Welcome to Android Central! Are all of your contacts on the Marauder associated with your Google account? If so, that's easy--they sync automatically with your Google account in the cloud, and will then sync with the new phone when you log in with the same Google account. If, however, the contacts on the Marauder are associated with the "Phone Account," it's a little trickier, because that doesn't sync with anything.

On the Marauder, open the People/Contacts app, tap the Menu button, and look for an Export function. Export all contacts to a .csv file or a multiple .vcf file.
