Welcome to Android Central! Which phone do you have? You're certain your mobile data is on? Have you tried multiple wi-fi networks, or only your home network? Have you rebooted the phone? Let us know more about what you've tried, because if people read that you've tried everything, they will be less likely to venture giving you a suggestion.
