lg g2 screen problems

My lg g2 screen has been broken i already fixed that but since then the screen is always get black..when i open the phone the acreen het black and i cant work with the phone. Also when i get a call or make a call the screen get black even his not on my ear and the sensor is not covered and when i try to end call the key behind is not working. Help me please
