Telephony database file??

So, I was trying (unsuccessfully) to trigger a hotspot on my Note 3 (Sprint) and ended up overwriting the existing telephony.db file with a supposedly hotspot activated file. Long story, it did not work and when trying to revert back to the original telephony.db file things broke. Mainly I cannot accept/make calls or use data of any sort when away from wifi - it's become essentially a wifi only device and I'm HORRIBLY excited about getting back to normal. Please if anyone is familiar and can help I would be extremely grateful.

You probably overwrote the modem firmware. Take it into Sprint and see if thet can reflash the phone for you, or if they know where the Sprint store that can is located. (If they don't, they should get on the phone and find out - that's one of the basic things any carrier's store employees should know,.)

Would reflashing remove root and act as a hard reset (day 1 settings, apps, etc)?
