I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and I love the camera on it overall, but now I'm noticing that when I shoot video, it constantly focuses and re-focuses, which brings my subject in and out of focus. Even with a subject that is fairly motionless, it still does this. Any ideas? I can't seem to find a spot to turn off auto focus or anything. I've also turned Image Stabilization off and on and that didn't seem to make much difference. I don't know if this is a new problem or whether I'm just noticing it now as I didn't do a lot of video until more recently. Any tips you can provide would be great.

Try Settings, Apps, All, scroll to the Camera app, and select Clear Cache.

If no go, try Settings, Storage, Cached Data, and clear the cache.

If no go, try wiping the Cache Partition:

I can't say I'm very confident that any of those will fix it, but worth trying perhaps. It may also be worth joining as a member and reposting in the Samsung Galaxy S4 forum, where other owners may be able to suggest a fix.
