Why is my phone saying " unfortunately this (app) is closed"

My samsung galaxy s5 active, every time I try to clear pages in my Internet app it says " unfortunately the internet has stopped working". Same with when I'm trying to switch my home screen to 3d rotation or anything is says" unfortunately touchhome whiz has stopped working"... how do I get this b.s to stop???

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: Reset: Samsung Galaxy S 5 | T-Mobile Support

If that doesn't help, try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. If the problem goes away, then something you installed is probably making the system unstable.

Another thing to try is to unmount the SD card (in Settings>Storage​), removing it, then rebooting. A corrupt SD card could cause problems.
