Why am I getting error messages on my phone?

Please Help an Android User Newbie

I unrooted my Galaxy S3 using SuperSU unroot feature. But when I try to update software it says "Your device has been modified...". Help please??

Welcome to the forums.
You might have to reflash a stock ROM to wipe everything. The custom Status might still be from a custom recovery.

You would need to download the stock ROM file for your device and a PC program called Odin.
