Talking on the phone with Droid RAZR Maxx HD

I have a Droid Razr Maxx HD, and whenever I receive or send out any call, I can not here the other person unless I have headphones or I am on speaker. Please give me any advice you have! At this point anything will help!

Bad headphone jack, bad earpiece, loose connection somewhere - this isn't the kind of thing that can be diagnosed online. You have to bring it in to a repair shop for them to figure out why it's happening.
