[AC Question]

I have an Android 4.1 tablet. If I stay at a hotel I enter the wifi password and it connects fine. If I go back after the password has changed, it shows I am connected to the wifi but will not ask for the new password. I cannot enter the password and I cannot use the wifi. This has happened at several hotels. I have turned the wifi off and on and told the tablet to forget the network then reconnected. So far, nothing has helped. The desk clerks have not been able to help. They say it happens with both android and apple but not with windows. How can I enter the wifi password?

Welcome to Android Central! Which tablet do you have? Try going to Settings>Apps>All​, selecting the browser that you're using, and Clear Cache/Clear Data. Now try connecting to the network again, and see if the wi-fi sign in page comes up.
