My phone was recently dropped in some water, but pulled out within the second and is still having water troubles. Water appears to have leaked into the screen and the notification light. After charging it once until it was at 100% battery, I noticed that when I turn on the Mini the LED notification is constantly on red without pulsing, and only when the phone is on. Any suggestions on fixing this without taking the phone in for repairs would be appreciated! Currently the phone is sealed in a plastic bag with some desiccant packets taped to it.

Thanks for that info. Unfortunately I've already done half of the things I'm not supposed to do so I guess I'll just have to deal until I can get some of this worked out.
I was going to mention that I do still get notifications, but that during the notification flash it phases back to red when the notification light would usually be off.
