draining all my mobile data allowance on my samsung galaxy 4 mini phone

it seems that my data allowance is draining very fast (my allowance is 250mb of data, but is being used up by all my apps, how do l stop this, this only started 5 days ago. l have only about 10mb left out of 250mb in the last 5 days

You may have a misbehaving app. First try Powering Off and Restarting the phone to see whether that stops it.

You may also want to set a data usage warning and, perhaps a little higher, a data usage limit....the latter will stop further data usage when you reach that limit. Of course it can be reset to a different value afterwards if you wish.

Check in your mobile data stats to see what has been causing the abnormally high data consumption.
