Why i cannot change the caller id option?

Hi,
I have N4 and it does not give me the option to change caller id and its grey. What do i need to do ?

I'm assuming you mean the option to Disable or Enable Caller ID for outgoing calls, am I correct? If so, the feature is solely provided by your carrier. Though the phone supports it, if your carrier doesn't allow this modification, the option will not be available until you insert a SIM from a carrier that supports the feature.

If this is not what you're referring to, please correct me with some more details and we'll see what we can do to help or at least shed some light on the matter.
