I have lost my samsung galaxy young S6312 phone tomorow. how can i block my IEMI of this phone?

Welcome to Android Central! Call your carrier and notify them that your phone was lost. They should have your IMEI information on file, and can blacklist it. But you might want to wait in case you find it in the next day or so. I think once an IMEI is blacklisted, you can't use that phone for calls again.
