Can I recover Miscellaneous files that I accidentally deleted?

I kept receiving notices of Device Memory running low, and I did the dumbest thing ever. I accidentally deleted some apps. I don't care about most of them, but I care about my favorite journal app. I have lost a few years of journaling that I did not back up. Yep! I've learned my lesson but It seems like there should be a way to quickly recover what I lost. Help!

Unfortunately If you didn't back them up they are gone . Always ensure to back up your data since having everything on a phone can cause issues like this.
