How do I get a photo from my sim card to my laptop?

I would like get the photo from sim card to my laptop

I had samsung galaxy 2 now I have SG5 with a new sim card. I would to get the photos from the sim on to my laptop, the photos that were on the SG2 transfered to my laptop not the one from sim card.

Welcome to Android Central! You mean the SD card, right? Photos don't save to the SIM card. The simplest way would be to unmount the card (in Settings>Storage), remove it, then insert it into your computer's SD slot (using a fullsize SD adapter, very cheap to buy if you don't have one: Amazon.com: SanDisk microSD to SD Memory Card Adapter (MICROSD-ADAPTER): Computers & Accessories). Then use Windows Explorer to drag and drop the photos to the computer's hard drive.
