    Welcome to Android Central!

    1. Open the Photos app (the one with the pinwheel icon), tap Menu, then Settings, and then turn off Auto Backup.
    2. On your computer browser, go to your Google+ Photos page, select your Folder view, and then delete the Auto Backup folder.
    3. Back on your phone, go to App Manager, select Gallery, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop.
    4. Now open Gallery again. It should rebuild its database, this time without the Auto Backup folder.
