Can anyone help me with a wifi problem I am having on my Galaxy Tab S?

Galaxy Tab S: Turning on and wifi problem

Hello everyone my device from yesterday is experiencing some problems. The first is that whenever i turn it on or reset, the turning on takes at least 3/4 minutes, the screen will remain black until suddently it turns on pretty naturally. The second problem is that the wifi wont turn on, it's just stuck on "turning on". It happened all of a sudden and the device is brand new. Don't really know what to do since i bought it in a foreign country and don't wanna send it back

Unmount and remove any SD card you may have in the device. If no difference, consider a Factory or Master Reset, if your personal data is backed up.
