Samsung Note 3 SM900 recent update issues

My Note 3 recently received an update of around 72mB which was released to improve the stability of the phone. But after updating I think my phone had become unstable! I keep on getting an error message everytime I switch on the phone the error reads as "Unfortunately the process com.google.process.location has stopped" and it's very annoying to see this stupid error pop up everytime I restart the phone. Please suggest some solution apart from hard and soft rest, BTW I've tried the latter but didn't work, and I don't want to perform the former.

Try a Cache Partition wipe.
