So I have horrible luck and shattered my Galaxy S5 screen to bits. The phone still works, I can hear sounds and I received some notifications, and I can even still unlock it using my fingerprint. So I connected it to the comp, unlocked the screen, and I even downloaded and ran the Samsung USB Driver from the website and still, it's saying there is NOTHING found on the phone. I have transferred some of it to my new phone using the SD Card, but I know there was more on the device memory. I feel as if I've tried everything. No DropBox, or any other media backup (I know, I KNOW, lesson learned). Should I kiss everything goodbye and try to wipe the phone clean before sending it back in, or are one of you technology magicians able to help?!

Welcome to Android Central! So the screen is completely black? Are you certain you're unlocking the phone successfully? Perhaps the fingerprint sensor got damaged as well, and you're not actually unlocking it. If the phone is still locked, the computer won't be able to read the data.
