How can I make my Galaxy S5 open to the same screen every time?

I'm a brand new android user, from Blackberry world, and having a tough time making the switch. Still have 11 days to bring the Galaxy back. It seems to have 3 screens which the 1 page Quick Start Guide calls "Home Screens" and a 4th screen which I would call a Home Screen. These screens appear randomly when I unlock the Galaxy. How can I make sure that it always opens to the same screen, which I put my most used apps on?

Welcome to Android Central! The device will remember the last homescreen you were on, so that when you wake the phone up again from sleep, it will show you that same screen again. If the primary homescreen is the one you've set up with all of your frequently used apps, you should be able to press the Home button to get there easily.
