Welcome to Android Central! Give us more details, please. When does it overheat? Does the battery run down quickly? Does it shut down automatically?

If you have an SD card inserted, it might be corrupt. Unmount it (in Settings>Storage​), remove it, and reboot.

Overheats regular, shuts itself on a simple tap, and battery is discharging why too fast just reading on the kindle app....what is going on and how do I fix it.
