Welcome to Android Central! You can pair a Bluetooth device to multiple phones. Which Bluetooth device are you trying to connect, and which phone does she have?

Find the manual for the device and figure out how to put the device into pairing mode. Once it's in pairing mode, the new phone should then see the device and allow it to connect. Once paired with a new phone, the device should "forget" the old phone, unless it can pair with multiple phones in which case it will connect to one or the other depending on which responds to the connection request.
