Welcome to Android Central! There are too many variables to answer this question in a simple way. It depends on your carrier, your geographic location, what's important to you in a phone, etc. If you gave us more of that kind of information, then perhaps someone could give you a more meaningful suggestion.

A phone is no good if its too big, too small, too thick or thin, too expensive, or doesn't have the features you need.

    What are your must-have's ??

Remember that there are tons of Galaxy variants, including some very basic (and mediocre) entry-level phones. So I would modify this by saying that any Samsung Galaxy S series phone should be good.

Assuming you are new to the Internet, I recommend the Nokia 3310. Candy Crush isn't all its cracked up to be.

If you are trolling, same recommendation.
