Welcome to Android Central! An update of 200 MB might expand temporarily to require significantly more storage, and it might be hitting the warning threshold. Keep uninstalling apps, or delete big text message threads. Try also clearing all app caches as well.

I have done as you suggested to no avail, still won't download... Please define "significantly more space"!

What I mean is that it could require 2 or 3 times as much free storage space as the original filesize of the download. But I can't give you any specifics, because I'm not an engineer with LG.

Can you show us a screenshot of your Settings>Storage screen? http://forums.androidcentral.com/amb...d-central.html

    1) A 200MB app generally requires 200MB free on the partition the Download folder is on, and additional (probably a bit more than 200MB) free space where apps are stored.

    2) The phone has 4GB of storage, so you should be able to install a 200MB app with about 300MB free, and still be able to have a few apps installed. (It's not a lot of space by today's standards, due to the size of current apps, but it's enough if you're not an app junkie.)

    3) Try Low on Space? Dump logcat to free up more space. (Unless you're debugging something, you don't need the file.)

Hey Rukbat, does that also apply to system updates? I believe that's what the OP is asking about.
