Broken totally damaged screen

I conncted my mobile note 3 Neo with PC via USB and it gave me msg that there is photos or videos on the mobile.. Please I want my files back.. Is there any way?? The screen is totally damaged (broken)

Search around for a phone repair store, tablet, or even a computer repair store. Most of these stores offer a data recovery service at a price, they should be able to get whatever you need off of your phone, and they should have a confidentiality agreement as well. I'm not sure what it will cost, but I doubt it is a very cheap service.
