kitkat 4.4.4

Hi everyone, I just download the new kitkat 4.4.4 to my galaxy s4 and now the cel doesn't work propertly. I reset the phone but the sistem update still there, I want to fix it but i gont know how. If anybody can help me I will thanks

Welcome to Android Central! Was this an official over-the-air update, or did you download a 4.4.4 ROM from the web and try to install it manually? If the latter, did you make sure it was for your exact model? If you install the wrong update, that can cause problems.

When you say you reset the phone, do you mean a factory reset?

Thanks for answer. Yes it was an upgrade by Samsung in the same phone. I did a factory reset

Before considering that, it may be worth wiping the Cache Partition. Although you would think that Factory Resetting would wipe the Cache Partition at the same time, apparently that is not always so.
