Google Play apps on cloud

Ok so I have 3 google accounts on my phone and I am phasing one of them out. I Changed all my accounts off of that email. I eventually took that google account off my phone because I don't use it for anything anymore. I realized I wasn't getting updates on apps because they were originally downloaded on the phased out account and in that account's cloud of some sort. Is there a way I can move all my apps to the same account's cloud so I can completely phase out my old email account?

Not unless someone at Google wants to play with the server for you. There's no "move this app to my other account" function in the Play Store.

(That's why you should have only 1 Google account on the phone and add all the other accounts to an email app.)
