Welcome to Android Central! Is this a tablet? Does it have phone capability, or does it have a SIM card for mobile data?
If this is a tablet without phone capability, try turning on Airplane Mode. Also see what happens with a reboot. Last resort would be a full factory reset.
It can be difficult to troubleshoot off-brand devices like this one, since they have a higher chance of hardware or software defects. There is also a much smaller user community, and support from the manufacturer will likely be minimal or nonexistent.
