I'm trying to send a voice recorder message through e-mail. My galaxy s4 active says its too large. Is there another way I can do so?

The size of the attachment you can send depends on your email provider and the recipient's email provider.

You can upload the message file to any public file transfer site and email the recipient a link to the file.
