how can I get the child proof guardian off my LG4 phone

I have a screen that will not allow me to do any thing on my phone, receive calls make calls or just go to another app. It reads congratulations you can use the guardian number. it ask for a password and I can not put the number in that on the screen because the device is frozen and its been like this for 2 days

Try removing the battery, for an hour or so or overnight if you like, although replacing immediately may be enough.
