my galaxy centura is not working anymore. can you help me?

i have never dropped it in water, it has a crack across the screen from a while back, i never had problems before. need help!! it was working perfectly fine this morning and now its not its fully charged and when i put my battery in it turns on and off on and off. ive never dropped in water but i dropped it once and cracked the screen but that was a long time ago and i was wondering how i can fix this problem? i know its not the battery because i used my moms centura battery and it still didnt work. can someone please tell me what to do?

It sounds as if it may be a power button problem, perhaps with the switch which is what the button presses on. Look closely at the button and see if it seems to be stuck in the pressed-down position. If not, you may want to take it to a repair shop for a free diagnosis....if they'll do it free.
