Is my battery safe to use after I got it wet (S4)?

S4 and its battery got wet

My phone's battery indicator sticker is red. What should i do to it? Is it still safe to use?

I submerged my phone in uncooked rice for two weeks and I am going to turn it on tonight...

After 2 weeks, if the battery is still in good condition and the phone turns on, I'd say you're in the clear.

Putting a wet phone in rice is almost a sure way to ensure that it dies young. Read Wet Phone

If it dried quickly, it wasn't too humid since you took it out of the rice, and you haven't turned it on yet (and the battery is still out of the phone), it might not be too late to save it.
