Can't flash ROM via Odin

Hello

I probably have a beginner problem. I'm trying to flash a custom ROM via Odin but when I download some different ROMs I only found a lot of folders but no .md5/.tar file that I need in order to flash it via Odin....

Where do I get the right file from?

Would be very nice if someone could help me I'm stuck here...

Look in the folders. There should be either .tar.md5 files or .tar files. Just match the first 2 letters with the Odin slots - APxxxxx.tar pr APxxxxx.tar.md5 goes in the AP slot, etc.
